The Role
As our first engineering hire, you'll receive a substantial level of ownership helping us scale while maintaining our engineering philosophy: well-architected, simply written code moves fast. We value quality and maintain standards through unit testing (especially for identified bugs) and consistent code reviews.
You'll be responsible for the full stack of our web application, including the backend speech orchestration and the frontend user interface. You'll work closely with the team to release new products and features.
What You'll Need
- Deep intuition for software architecture, concurrency, information security, and algorithms
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Technical leadership experience in backend or full-stack development
- Passion for aviation and artificial intelligence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
