Frequently asked questions
How does Shirley work?
Open Shirley in Chrome or Edge, connect X-Plane 12 in one click, and talk to them like a copilot. Fly any airplane you like or pick a challenge, and Shirley debriefs you after every flight.
Is there a contract?
No. Shirley is month to month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, even on day one. Cancel online from your Flight Center in a couple of clicks, with no phone call. You keep flying through the end of your trial or billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 7-day trial becomes the $19.99/month plan unless you cancel. Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged.
Can I take a break and come back?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and resubscribe when you’re ready. We don’t delete your flights or logbook, and anything you’ve bought stays in your account.
